Good electrolyte capsules
Good if you don’t want to drink the salt. Really effective. Dosage is different from the powder though.

Awesome supplement!
I have been waiting for this supplement from Brendan for a long time now. It is Amazing for those who don't like the taste of most electrolyte powders. Only downside of these are you need to take 5 capsules at a time. Otherwise amazing product.
