Transformers: Dark of the Moon (PS3)

After the first Transformers game which was made from the 07 Film i was left a little disapointed, it is a very rare thing to find a game of a film to be any good what so ever. But I have to say this lastest Transformers game is Great Fun to play as the controls are So so so much better than the 1st & 2nd Film Games. The story is a lot better as they have decided not to follow the fim but rarther have it as a bridge as it were between 'Revenge of the Fallen' & 'Dark of the Moon'.All in all its definatly worth the money if your a Fan. =) =) =) =)

i rated i full because it is a brilliant game to play.The online is great and you can be any autobot or decepticon you want in the online gaming and the campaign missions are action packed and the game gets better and better.You would want to play it over and over again.

My son is a massive Transformers fan and we had to buy this when it came out for his PS3. From what I can see the game play is pretty good but I'll stick to BF3

How can a game be bad and good at the same time? Well that's what this game is!The game is pretty much a prequel to the Transformers 3 movie that came out and don't know why they did that but...anyway.I had a mixed feeling like I was playing Transformers War for Cybetron and Transformers Revenge of the Fallen.The trophies for the playstation 3 are VERY easy, the chapters are short and the story for each side is basically 4 hours.The multiplayer sucks, the graphics and the sounds are good.I don't know what to say, I don't know if I should even recommend this game..Try to understand me here, its better than Transformers Revenge of the Fallen but its worse than Transformers War for Cybetron..If you're not a Transformers fan you should probably rent it, but for Transformers fans.. who am I kidding you're already bought the game didn't you?!Overall a 5/10

Great game, as must for Transformers fans, Kept my 13 year amused for hours. Good buy.

It was fun.The campaign it was very good.But the multiplayer is very short....at the start it was very fun but the you get bored....you reach the top level(20) very fast and this is boring.....no much weapon or perks...anyway it was quite good. i like it

- Overview -The other reviewers are being well over generous with the ratings, this game is a step backwards from war for cybertron, after playing the last game I was expecting so much more but although it's made by the same company, it's a classic bad game based off a movie.- The game - (single player)The first thing I can tell you is, this game is not even based on the movie, the story starts before the movie so in a way everything you do is pointless because it's all going to change in the movie.There are so many things wrong, like no option to choose who you want to play as, you have to play as the character designed for that level, lack of weapons to use, when playing as megatron you have no vehicle transformation at first, so you end up having to walk around everywhere and he don't exactly move fast, in fact it's like he like a walking turtle.The story is boring to be honest, it was not much of a challenge, like in war for cybertron I remember spending ages trying to beat Tripticon and it was fun fighting Omega Supreme, it's missing all that in this game.- Online -The online is the most let down for me, you only have limited game modes to play, where in the last game there was a lot, even if hardly anyone used them.They've gone ridiculous with the in game shields and power ups, they are so bright in colour you stand out a mile away if you pick one up.The idea of a health regenerating is just stupid as people only have to run off and they get all health back, it was more fun and a challenge to try and find health on the battlefield to survive than just having health regenerate.The online levels are mostly the same places you've been in the single player, you also rank up too quickly online kill 4 people and go up 3 levels, it's rubbish no skill no challenge and there's only 20 levels to rank up 2.Another point I want to make is the Decepticons seem to be a lot slower than the Autobots, you play as prime and then megatron and tell me it's a fair fight.Aww yeah they got rid of escalation in this game, so no human vs. machine in this game.- In The End -This game is poorly made and very lazy done by the makers, so easy to do, Not enough customizations, variety of online levels, characters, weapons. Best thing to do is wait a little longer for Transformers war for cybertron 2.

This is a good game with good graphics and the gameplay is mostly fun. The reason it isn't a 5 star is because this the campaign is terribly short and the multiplayer isn't that fun. The Chapters are really quite lenghtly apart from one of them which is with starscream. But this will probably take you about 3 days to complete. The voice acting is good as well it sounds like all the people from the movies did the voices.If want to play this game then I would reccomend getting it used so that it is cheaper. Overall it is a fun game with good graphics that should have been longer.
