The ink cartridges do not function properly. I thought the print heads were clogged, so cleaned print heads and as cleaning and doing print nozzle checks you can see the ink being flushed out ahead of the cleaning fluid, showing the print head is not clogged.Re-inserted your first ink cartridge and did head cleaning but no printing, after multiple head cleaning to get ink to the print heads I got replace cartridge message on the printer. I guess the printer counts what it thinks is left in the cartridge, any way I replaced it with the second one we had and still does not print.I have wasted enough time trying to get them to work, so I need to request a refund since these do not work.

I returned the item because it was damaged, Today the item arrived but it was still the same damaged item that I returned.

no funciona pues no imprime.

I was so hopeful to find a less expensive ink cartridge for my Epson PictureMate photo printer. I had it do a print test first and you can see from the photo that it dumped a load of black ink all over. It was also on the underside of the paper. I am very upset as it looks like it has made this printer no longer usable. I should have stuck with the OEM cartridges I had been using. You get what you pay for.
