Works great - knocks me right out- but make sure you have 8hrs to sleep, if you only have 5 or 6 hrs to sleep you will wake up groggy.

if you planing to sleep in an hour take this 2 hour before sleep if you taking this pill while going to bed it wont work right away, but once it hits you will have 5 6 hours good sleep and woken up feeling better, so so don't think like a cartoon character, you dump the pill in and started feeling that you are in clouds, no it wont happen,

These pills sometimes doesn’t work at all, it’s like one night I can feel it working. Then the next night nothing happens, I don’t think all these pills have an even amount of sleep medication in them

Had trouble sleeping. Take a half on those nights and puts me out. Wake up a little foggy, but nothing a cup a coffee doesn't fix.
