Lifestyle Medicine Handbook, 2nd ed

Just what the doctor ordered.

First, the content of the book is fantastic. 5 stars for content. However, my biggest criticism is the quality of the kindle edition. Many parts of the book were replicated as images. However, they are so blurry that they are unreadable. The tables describing the evidence at the end of each chapter are especially blurry. For me, the kindle edition is thus unusable.

I needed this book for a class and it showed up on time and the content is thorough research and Dr. Frates is highly educated on the Lifestyle Medicine

I had to have this book for school. It is very unprofessional in my opinion. I don’t know how they can use it for education purposes and be taken seriously or professionally. So many grammatical mistakes words and sections of sentences missing. It leaves room for improvement. Hopefully they are working on the next addition and these errors will be addressed.
