Whatever you do, whatever you buy, please avoid this dishwasher
LG definitely has wasted my time and money. Warranty repairs cost $299 just for a tech to come out to look at the problem. The control panel has broken within 2 years of ownership. So it is useless.It didn't really clean that well before it broke anyway.

Bad circulating pump and control board
Unit is less than 2 years old and bearings in circulating pump have already failed due to seal failure and resultant water intrusion.Says 10 year warranty but that only covers the part of you pay $300 some for a service tech to come out and diagnose what is an obvious failure.Had an identical unit at previous house and control board failed after couple years thought we would try the cheaper lg again

Cheap trinket
A year and a month old, the pump goes bad. I didn’t get the extended warranty so I’m on my own, going down this lonely road, like a drifter… There’s probably worse junk, but that’s because of how low the bar is for stuff like this.

Don't expect this to last past 5 years. If it is under warranty, expect to pay $300-$500 for LG to repair it under warranty.
