Oneida Michelangelo 20-Piece Flatware Set, Service for 4

I'm looking for a good everyday flatware set. I love the look of the michelangelo set, but i'm afraid they may be to "fancy" for everyday. Opinions?

are these the exact same piwces od silverware that yo would get from Oneida or are they made by someother company?
